What you'll do:

This role is component expert, owning component selection/qualification, application mapping and issue debug, application/component optimization,

"1.Work as component expert for UPS and power supplier products application. Responsible for the selection, certification, compatibility replacement, application analysis, and failure analysis of UPS electronic devices (semiconductor integrated circuits/power semiconductors).
2.Lead evaluation and qualification of semiconductor integrated circuits/power semiconductors, make qualification method and guideline.
3.Manage and sustain component database and platform, provide guideline on how to select right components.
4.Lead failure analysis of component and find route cause, improve component and product quality.
5.Lead 2nd source qualification from component level and system level.
6.Evaluate components' reliability and set up reliability modelling and test plan. Evaluate and judge process/material reliability of vendor, support vendor to get consistent growth to meet Eaton's requirement.
7.Understand the industry dynamics and basic trends, leading evaluation and qualification new material /technology/vendor."

Qualifications:

Bachelor
5 years' experience of electronics component engineering related job UPS, VFD, Inverters, EV charger, Rectifiers

Skills:

Related experience working in semi-conductor manufacturer

2.熟悉半导体元器件制程工艺, 常用原材料及性能特点。精通此类元器件各供应商的产品系列及特点, 制程能力, 推荐优选的供应商和物料。
3.熟悉半导体元器件的常用失效分析方法 和可靠性评定方法和标准。"
