What you'll do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Accounting Analyst to join our Global Financial Accounting (GFA) team. This role is critical in supporting financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, treasury operations, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support financial consolidation from an intercompany (IC) variance perspective.
• Apply working knowledge of intangible adjustments, including transfer pricing, royalties, and HQ charges.
• Handle accounting related to withholding taxes and prepaid programs.

• Prepare and post netting and settlement entries.
• Provide month-end accounting support for GFA corporate ledgers, including journal entries and allocations.
• Prepare and post global recharges and allocations.
• Support treasury accounting activities such as intercompany current accounts (ICAs), interest, and loan bookings.
• Prepare and publish FX exposure reports for GFA corporate sites.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives such as new site additions, site name changes, site closures, and new account creation.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
• Work effectively with internal and external auditors.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting as required.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Prepare and compile monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Recommend, develop, and implement process improvements aligned with departmental goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting or corporate finance.
Skills:
• Proficiency in Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
• Experience with HFM/FCCS (Hyperion Financial Management/Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
• Ability to assess and communicate potential impacts on balance sheets and budgets.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
