Senior Analyst- Operational Excellence
What you'll do:
"Operational Excellence (Opex) lead analyst will be responsible for driving initiatives to improve operational excellence primarily in the Mobility business areas across the organization, leveraging the Eaton Business System (EBS) and relevant industry standards. This role will lead Key proformance metrices for oragnization in terms of scorecard, Operations governance and will support various business-specific improvement initiatives across Mobility group. This role will also network, collaborate and influence with various Engineering leaders across the Global Mobility business unit to support or lead various Operations Excellence initiative like Scorecard lead / KPI management, TIMS Goverance, IATF Audit, EHS and Executive presentations, and more.
The lead analyst will also be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining some of the identified organization-wide improvement initiatives. Report out results in the form of various dashboards reporting measurement against targets, historical data trends and data snapshots supporting the end customers' data requirements.Strive to get internally and externally recognized in this area by continuously learning and improving operations.
Lead analysts shall be be proficient with Power platform tools like Power Bi, Power App and Power Automate. Excellent hands-on large data in excel; generating meaningful insights for leaders and Good to have hands on knowledge of design for six sigma tools and methodologies. The applicant must be self-motivated and possess good communication skills with cross functional team."

• Design and create metrics and data flow for the information system, automate data collection where possible, and collect data for scorecards and reports.
• Establish & sustain standard Processes/templates to meet organizational goals
• Should be able to handle large data, perform data analysis and generate simple interpretations using data intepretation techniques like advanced excel, Qlikview, Power Bi, Power Apps. Apply knowledge of processes, data and standards to prepare executive summary for leaders
• Should have solid working knowledge on Power Bi, Power App, Power flow and advanced excel. Foundational leadership skills along with an awareness of the latest trends in the area of data analytics.Ability to challenge the status quo to drive data driven decisions.
• Conduct self-assessments of process health, monitor assessment outcomes and corrective action plans, and assess their impact on business results.
• Manage effective stakeholder communication, improve organizational responsiveness to stakeholder requirements, and communicate and manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business.
• Prefer Lean / DMAIC certified Black/Green Belt from reputed organization

Qualifications:
Bachlors or Masters Degree

Skills:
