What you'll do:

  • The key responsibility of the position is to increase the revenue of division products covering Korea region.
  • The objectives are achieved by the promotion of division products to OEM and utilities via distribution or directly to various end customers within the assigned territories.
  • Responsible for the attainment of sales objectives in the assigned territories
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting - Develop and recommend annual sales plan, forecasts, and objectives for assigned territories. Collect and supply pertinent information to Sales Director - Asia Electrical in establishing goals and objectives in accordance with Division requirements.
  • Sales Efforts and Controls - Analyzes sales levels and trends and initiates appropriate action to ensure attainment of long and short-term objectives for the division.
  • Market and Product Liaison - Provide data to regional/divisional/international management on business product trends, technology trends, and competitive situations. Recommend new, modified, or expanded products or markets.
  • Technical Assistance - Ensures that appropriate technical assistance (including the training of customers) regarding the application of Division products is available to strategic sales channel or OEMs.

- New applications and opportunities research in assigned market.
- Design-win in key OEM and utilities accounts.
- Coordinate the promotion for new product launch.
- Work with Product Managers and FAE team to give Korea customers and trading partners the technical supports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred or related.
  • Minimum of 5 years Sales engineer experience.
  • Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative.
  • 5+ years related experiences in sales or related role within the industry (electrical equipment).
  • Knowledge of circuit protection/fuse.
  • Knowledge of Codes and Standards.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.
  • Initiative and positive.
  • Work under pressure.
