The Digital Integration Solutions (DIS) group is a full-service systems integrator with the capabilities to integrate the necessary equipment and technologies, to provide a complete, power automation solution. This team of engineers and technicians brings extensive skills and experiences with a variety of leading HMI software packages enabling us to design graphically rich, easy-to-use operator interfaces that take advantage of the latest standalone or web-based technologies. Our experience transcends a multitude of equipment manufacturers, software packages, and network architectures, including all major OEMs HMI, PLCs, and components. We offer single point responsibility, a high level of engineering and systems integration expertise, and a unified focus on cost effective solutions, seamless integration, HMI development, energy management tools, and professional turnkey system design and implementation. The DIS organization also provides post-construction maintenance and ongoing service coverage of electrical power monitoring systems, through the Customer Success Team.
The DIS organization offers opportunities to specialize as a DIS Service Representative in a variety of levels representing increased scope and responsibility within the organization. The primary purpose of this position is to provide ownership, customer service, and field service maintenance, repair, training, and modification of electrical power monitoring systems.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for appropriate resource planning of field service employees within Salesforce
- Review Salesforce time entry and manage unassigned time- any jobs without purchase orders assigned time to jobs once they were received
- Update job schedule due to customer changes, emergency work, and schedule changes
- Schedule warranty, emergency, and productive jobs
- Obtain necessary test equipment and materials based on job requirements
- Ensure District Operations Center and/or Eaton employees on-site meet customer entrance requirements, including coordination of required trainings, background checks, drug screenings, etc.
- Field emergency customer calls to gather critical information and pass it on to the appropriate party for action
- Provide clear project details and customer expectations on work to be performed
- Complete work order requirements and update when orders can be invoiced
- Participation in backlog meeting reviews
- Strong communication with sales engineers, Sales, and customers
- Handles administrative tasks of District Operations Center - shipping and receiving, ordering test equipment or materials needed of job sites
- Provide comprehensive scheduling of resources for implementation of Power Management and mission critical monitoring and control systems including Foreseer, Bright Layer, and next generation Power Monitoring platforms.
- Provide coordination and single point of contact to customers in the areas of maintenance, repair, training, and modification of power management, control, and mission critical systems.
- Provide detailed and timely tracking and coordination from initial request to scheduling, preparation, performance, close-out, and invoicing of customer-requested maintenance and service issues.
- Tracking of associated Service and Labor for scheduled projects as needed to include invoicing and billing.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma OR GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Power Management, Power Control, Mission Critical, SCADA, or Building Management systems.
- No relocation will be offered for this role. Candidate must reside within the Central or Mountain time zone in order to be considered. Active duty military candidates are exempt from this requirement.
- Possess and maintain and active and unrestricted driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science)
- Professional Management Certification
- 3+ years of experience with customer service, scheduling, planning, creating a MOP (Method of Procedure) for customer work expectations, or project coordination in a manufacturing or service environment.

Skills:
- Successfully complete and maintain compliance with the company's safety program.
- Knowledge of Eaton Power Monitoring software (Foreseer, Bright Layer and Eaton Hyperscale Digital Solutions)
- Experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) software and power monitoring software packages.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, test and repair techniques.
- Advanced understanding of the company's and competitor's automation and power management systems and services.
- Computer literacy. Working knowledge of all software packages relevant to successful performance of tasks.
- Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel, educating customers, and presenting information to internal and external customers.
- Working knowledge of billing and invoicing practices for service.
- Knowledge of parts, part masters, bill of materials.
- Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with automation and power management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to assure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated capability in effectively managing multiple projects with various goals, deadlines, and budget constraints.
