We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager UAE & Africa to be be based out of our offices in Dubai.

What you'll do:

Crouse Hinds & B Line (GEIS)- Accountable and responsilbe for the Upstream, Midstream & Downstream segments for EPC's & End Users in the region of UAE & Africa.

  • Responsible and accountable for Upstream, Midstream & Downstream market with in-depth mapping of EPCs in the region.
  • Work closely with all EPCs and provide them correct techno-commercial support.
  • Accurate order forecasting every month, identifying the right product mix and selling price in accordance with competition, customer profiling, and market needs.
  • Work closely with the Project Management team for revenue recognition.
  • Analyze pipeline and lead data through CRM, delivering periodic reporting to the Sales Director by providing key business insights.
  • Typical reporting includes project awards, pipeline forecast and trends, conversion rates by product line, market segmentation, win/loss, etc.
  • Review and assess technical specifications, BOQ (bill of quantity) to determine correct product positioning.
  • Meet the profit plan and the individual targets on a quarterly basis to ensure annual success.
  • Develop the project pipeline for the year ahead and build the profit plan.
  • Actively involve and lead the technical alignment with EPC engineering teams through "Early Engineering Engagement" activities.
  • Develop and maintain senior management relationships across all EPCs.
  • Actively participate in the end-user mapping activities covering all end users.
  • Implement strategic initiatives in the region such as LED conversion and OEM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Electronics- with a professional management degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years experience in related fields

Skills:

  • Electrical Engineer
  • Working knowledge- Office, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Arabic speaking preferred
  • Leadership qualities
