Eaton Corporation is seeking a Regional Channel Marketing Analyst to develop and drive Eaton's channel marketing strategies for the Distributed IT organization, part of the Electrical Sector - Americas business. This position can be based in Woodridge, IL or Raleigh, NC. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) with up to 25% travel.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $93,750 - $137,500 a year.

What you'll do:
- Create and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned to business goals.
- Leverage both traditional and digital SEM tools and tactics within marketing campaigns.
- Communicate, evangelize and execute the marketing strategy for current and new channel partners.
- Support in-person and virtual events.
- Write and copy edit for promotional materials, announcements and collateral.
- Track marketing metrics and utilization of channel marketing campaigns.
- Plan and maintain marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Manage third party agency relationships to optimize performance and ensure successful plan execution.
- Support sales team to help grow regional revenue.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience with marketing or sales support.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Woodridge, IL or Raleigh, NC will be considered. Active-duty military members exempt from this geographical limitation.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder that can successfully work in cross functional and matrixed organizations and deliver measurable results.
- Proven ability to stimulate new process development and process improvement while fostering a culture of learning.
- A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with PowerBI and Salesforce.
- 5+ years of experience with marketing or sales support.
- Strong understanding of channel marketing.
