Quality Co-op - Risk Analysis and Control Project

What you'll do:

Position Overview:
Eaton B-Line is seeking a fall Co-op for participation in its Quality & Engineering Program. In addition, the Co-op involves hands-on documenting plant processes flow, coordination of meetings with process owners and support functions to determine risks and document existing controls (pFMEA and Control Plans). Expected interaction with all the positions in the manufacturing facility. Progress of assigned projects and tasks will be tracked throughout, and the intern will have the opportunity to present accomplishments at the end of the Co-op.

This Co-op is anticipated to being in May 2026.

The Co-op will gain experience in:
• Different manufacturing processes.
• Handle communication and interact at different levels of the organization.
• Learn the culture and business model of a company with operations worldwide.
• Experience the challenges of a manufacturing facility.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering from an accredited institution.

• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (please don't round).
• Must be entering Junior year or higher.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.
• Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Reno, NV.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated leadership experience within campus, sports activity and/or the community.
