Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Quality Analyst-1st Shift at our Dallas, TX location!

The hourly rate for this position is 25.00/hr - 27.00/hr per hour. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

What you'll do:

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for logging, investigating and analyzing errors reported by customers and other Eaton facilities. They will identify trends and recurring themes in error to help drive improvements that reduce future occurrences. The role includes documenting non-conforming material and issuing corrective actions to suppliers, as well as supporting the Quality and OpEx department with ISO audits and non-conformance activities. This position requires regular interaction with customer service, quality technicians, suppliers, buyers, the management team, and warehouse employees.

In this function, you will:

• Respond to customer complaints via email, Q-Management software, and Salesforce, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Track daily metrics and analyze error data from multiple databases.
• Assist in drafting quality plans, procedures, and ISO documentation.
• Inspect non-conforming material and issue supplier corrective actions; submit inspection reports.
• Conduct internal process audits and support ISO/EQS compliance and CI initiatives.
• Support RMA (Return Material Authorization) process by analyzing customer complaints and publishing audit findings.
• Deliver quality training for new hires and coach team members; maintain and train on standard work instructions.
• Audit inventory for non-conformities using Q-Hold/K-Hold processes and report findings via VISTA/SAP.
• Identify and report quality issues and trends and recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Leverage Eaton product knowledge to improve inventory accuracy and location control.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Perform duties of equal or lower classification as needed; flex into other departments when required.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution required.
• Must have a Minimum 2 years of work experience in a distribution, warehouse and/or other handling environment.

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree.
• Ability to operate a forklift (sit-down, stand-up, reach and order picker)
• Prior Quality Systems Experience
• Prior experience with the following software's: Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS), VISTA, Salesforce, Q-Pulse (Quality Management) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior Eaton product knowledge.

Position Success Criteria:

• Must be willing to handle multiple projects and tasks with varying priorities.
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to accurately follow directions, both verbal and written.
• Must have the ability to learn on the job, adapt to changes, and become proficient quickly.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under little to no supervision.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be familiar with various systems/databases (WMS, SAP, VISTA).
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation. Repetitive lifting, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling is inherent to this position.
• Ability to actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members.
• Ability to work specific shift hours and have flexibility to work overtime based on customer demand.
