Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a QLT - Water Spider - Warranty.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.

The core hours are 6:00am-2:30pm.

What you'll do:

The QLT - Water Spider - Warranty will ensure material availability, gather, protect, and pack parts for critical warranty shipments. Kit all parts per the Bill of Material and shipping paperwork. Deliver all packaged shipments to shipping prior to scheduled pick up times. Communicate with all teams in order to ensure part availability, escalate shortages, and support critical priority.

In this function you will:
• Pull BOM Packets and sort through them for drawings and information
• Use Enovia and drawings to confirm correct parts prior to shipment
• Track FAB parts/orders through DMM
• Gather warranty shipment components from all areas in the plant
• Assign and prioritize Warranty shipments according to team/supervisor
• Work with area supervisors to ensure support in completing parts
• Track parts shortages and fill out shortage sheets
• Return and manage with B2 to build or scrap crates for shipments
• Assist with parts expedites as needed
• Drive Fork truck if needed to get parts and move parts
• Deliver ship ready packages to shipping prior to scheduled pick up times
• Manage Warranty Inventory
• Manage RMR inventory
• Manage Warranty cage 5S
• Process incoming RMRs
• Manage breaker mod (warranty) priority
• Communicate any bottlenecks that may impact shipment to warranty team
• Take pictures of required warranty shipments

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Authorized to work in the United States without Company Sponsorship
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification
• No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Arden, NC facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous Material Handling experience
• One year of direct manufacturing experience or equivalent
• Preferred candidate should have a working knowledge of the plant layout, product lines LVA/MVCA/ATS and a working knowledge of the manufacturing operations.
• Associates Degree in related field.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of Bills of Material
