What you'll do:
- Responsible to organize the PQC/FA team daily management, Leading team to fulfill tasks accomplishment to reach the plant quality goal.
- Organize team to quick solve the quality issues in the process and customer feedback
- Managing the customer quality issues / complaints in timely manner, Coordinate cross-function (ME&RD&PQE&SQE) to solve process to investigation & root cause analysis, short/long term corrective action plans and actions follow up.
- Response for RMA performing the Data collection & analysis according to requirements
- Responsible for delivery customer special requirements. support customer PPAP submission and Customer Audit.
- Continue to improvement customer satisfaction by initiate customer relate project.
- Familiar with low-voltage products and experience of relevant knowledge was perfect
- Well team management with coaching ability. Good teamwork spirit and good english communication.
- Willing to take challenge have the can do spirit.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 8 years+ experience in Auto or Electrical industry for quality control and customer quality related work.
- 3 year + people management experience
