Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Punch Press Operator (Barrier Fab) - 1st Shift to join our team on Lincoln Ave. in Waukesha, WI!
The hourly rate for this position is $20.80 per hour.
The core hours are 5 am - 1 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

What you'll do:
Cut and form barrier material, cut cables, cut unistrut and threaded rods as required by Bill of Materials. Locate and move various parts as needed on assembly lines. Operate material handling equipment as required.
In this function, you will:
• Operate power shear, punching equipment, bench grinder and band saw to cut a variety of materials.
• Operate insulation bending tools to crease and fold as required.
• Operate stacker, walkie, overhead crane, and forklift to get parts when necessary.

• Complete necessary documentation to assure a constant supply of required parts.
• Assist as needed on minor assembly operations.
• SAP Access & Use.
• Cut and crimp flat braid up to 400 MCM cable.
• Use measuring devices (tape measure, scales, gauges, calipers, etc.)
• Able to make mathematical conversions, Decimal-Fraction, SAE-Metric
• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Routinely works with raw materials that may weigh 40lbs.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of two (1) years manufacturing experience
