What you'll do:
- Manage & control Japan projects to achieve on time delivery and invoicing, billing plan and contract requirements.
- Manage & control project cost to meet or improve project base line.
- Plan, organize and oversee Service Engineers / Sub-Contractors at site implementation according to contract scope requirements.
- Manage test scripts of FAT and SAT within product line capability and customer expectation.
- Facilitate and support customer in engineering design/review, feasibility assessment, issues solving and populate EA PMO portal lesson learnt.
- Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to contract requirements.
- Schedule and attend project discussions/meetings per project requirements.
- Cost control to ensure meeting project budget provision.
- Manage change request and seek opportunity to improve project sales/revenue.
- Attend project issues, work with factories / FAE to develop resolution/strategy for resolving issues effectively.
- Support contract administration works (raising purchase request, provide sales forecast, tracking billing milestone, O&M submission).
- Work with Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time.
- Manage sub-contractors / service partners work schedule and quality of work.
- Support and coordinate with Eaton service team / sub-contractor / service partners for site activities and SAT.
- Populate and contribute the content of EA PMO portal to ensure it is a relevant to regional PM needs.
- Promote and conduct ethical behavior with customers and sub-contractors/service partners.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Auto-CAD skill
- Good communication and problem solving skill; Fluent in Japanese and English
