Project Manager
What you'll do:
Plan, direct and manage the quality and progress of designated and/or key projects to ensure the objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed parameters and manage the change resulting from implementation of the projects.
"A. Review project proposals or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
B. Allocate resources and confer with project, service, operations, sales & finance staff to outline project schedule and assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
C. Ensure the company's and project related Quality Assurance objectives are met.
D. Establish project plan, milestones and deliverables in consultation with customers.
E. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
F. Prepare project status reports for management & customer's.
G. Work in a team environment to achieve the division's targets.
H. Comply with the company's policies and procedures.
I. Actively gather information on the customer and the customer's requirements, creates additional business opportunities out of the ongoing project.
J. Throughout project life cycle, identifies and assess all risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools; Ensure risks monitored in all project phases
K. To play a key role in project team and take advantage of good ownership and strong sense of responsibility to support team move forward, to motivate, inspire colleagues improvement as well."
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree of majoring on electrical or mechanical engineering.
Minimum 1~3 years of project management or 5 years sales support and/or engineering experience plus demonstrated leadership skills
Skills:
Strong Application knowledge for power engineered products; Time management; Market/Competitive knowledge;
Communication skills; Fluent spoken and written English
