What you'll do:

Responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, taking into account different stakeholder interests and making sure time, budget and quality standards are met

"- Project management / Project work for plant related topics (capacity increase, automatization, process optimization)
- Responsible for achieving project deliverables under consideration of scope-, technical-, schedule-, cost- and quality constraints;
Business case preparation
- Collaborate with project members to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage the project team, assigning tasks, and ensure effective teamwork
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation
- Keep stakeholders, including clients and senior management, informed about project progress and deviations
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements
- Efficiently manage project resources to keep the project on track
- Monitor and control the project scope, schedule and budget to avoid overspending or overdue timeline
- Follow the change request process in case of deviations

Qualifications:

Technical education (secondary technical school or higher degree)
At least 5 years experience in project management

Skills:

"- Excellent German & good English
- Good technical understanding
- Very good MS-Office knowledge
- Experience with SAP or another ERP program preferred
- Solid knowledge in project management, including the application of project management tools and methods
