Currently located in Titchfield, Hampshire, Eaton's Aerospace business stands as a global leader in aerospace fuel systems.
Our site is undergoing a significant and exciting transformation as we relocate to a newly constructed facility in Daedalus. This state-of-the-art site will serve as the Centre of Excellence for aerospace manufacturing across Europe, marking a new era of innovation and excellence.
We pride ourselves as a premier supplier of fully integrated fuel systems for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. We boast extensive fuel and air system test facilities, facilitating comprehensive testing across a range of conditions with various fuel types.
What you'll do:
Eaton's Aerospace Group, Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division, has 1 opening for Lead Customer Program Manager. This position will be offered to a qualified candidate residing within 50 miles of Titchfield, UK as a preferred option.
The primary responsibility for this position is to lead Site or Business Unit Program Management and Integrated Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs, contracts, and business relationships.
The successful candidate will be able to do the following:
- Provide overall Program or site/business unit interface with the customer. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Communication and manage customer expectations and contractual commitments internal to the business.
- Manage the Profit and Loss of the New Product Development Program(s) and projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for every project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
- Champion Integrated Product Team's leadership across the Program. Facilitates the implementation of program management processes at the site, business unit or Division.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Aerospace Program Management, Engineering, Customer Service, or Operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace), Information Technology, or Business/Management; or MBA with engineering experience
- Chinese/Mandarin Speaking Language - Any Proficiency
Skills:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Developing to fully demonstrating in Project Management methodologies, processes and tools
- Good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customers
- Good analytical skills and business acumen
- Good knowledge of the Aerospace industry
- Leadership skills - capability to lead change in an Integrated Team (IPT)
- Experience managing programs/projects with: 1) components / subsystems / systems scope of responsibility, 2) Moderate to high customer business risk, 3) Moderate to High
- Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) budgets, and 4) Incremental Revenue Growth Program value
- Must be capable of leading effectively in diverse cultural situations with our global aerospace customers and team members.
- Must be capable of initiating and providing recommendations for Division Leadership Team's review and approval that will achieve desired customer outcomes.

- Experience leading people or manager of people
- Experience in Aerospace NPI programs and Aerospace industry
- Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) highly preferred
- Experience in Risk Management
