Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Program Manager Data Platform. This role will sit in our Beachwood, OH site on a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 day working remote.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year.

What you'll do:
Eaton is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our Data and Platform Services organization. This hybrid role, based in Beachwood, OH, will drive the successful delivery of IT integration and data management projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end program execution: initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with platform and business unit leaders to maintain integrated roadmaps across data analytics, governance, platforms, and data product teams.
• Champion Agile practices, including quarterly planning, release management, and resource allocation.
• Translate epics into actionable features and user stories; manage and prioritize the team backlog.
• Ensure alignment of requirements with scope and secure approvals from the Data Governance Council.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets (capital and expense), and CAR requests.
• Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
• Oversee deliverables from employees, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Validate requirements and manage user acceptance testing before go-live.
• Track and report on project performance, including budget adherence and burn rate.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and variances.
• Manage go-live activities, warranty support, and transition to operations, including CMDB updates.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and ensure closure of capital projects.
• Support ongoing issue resolution and ensure Agile team KPIs are met for performance, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Minimum three (3) year of data analytics deployment experience
• U.S. person status required under ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH to be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with Scrum Agile frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
• Exposure to AI technologies and applications.
