Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift
Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing assembly department. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards, while leading and developing a team of assembly line workers. This role will take place out of our low voltage busway facility in Greenwood, SC. The position will work 3rd shift: Sunday 11:30pm - Thursday 7:30am.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
- Lead and coordinate production activities on the assembly line to meet schedules, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement through daily cross-functional communication and clear role definition for team leaders.
- Ensure product quality by serving as the point of contact for quality concerns, collaborating with the Quality department, and applying quality control standards to products and processes.
- Optimize workflow and resource allocation by monitoring operations, adjusting staffing, managing inventory, and addressing material shortages and manpower needs.
- Train, coach, and develop employees through instruction, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with standards and foster engagement and growth.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment by enforcing safety protocols, ensuring proper use of PPE and equipment, and supporting 5S practices.
- Maintain accurate production records and report key metrics such as output, downtime, and quality issues to support operational transparency and decision-making.
- Apply broad operational knowledge in business systems, industrial engineering, employee relations, and manufacturing to support team morale, cooperation, and overall productivity.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading project teams or as a supervisor.
