Production Control Supervisor

What you'll do:

• Be responsible for production planning, optimize production scheduling , ensure efficient and orderly process of production activities.
• Closely integrate sales demand with the factory's production capacity, arrange resources reasonably, complete order deliveries on time, and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with function team, manger inventory FG&RM&WIP meet target, take actions to reduce inventory aging
• Well lead production control team to achieve performance and cultivate team member on competency development
• Oranize prodution meeting, to make production schedule base on sales forecasts, sales orders, market demand, and production capacity, prepare a
• monthly production plan, weekly and daily production plans.
• Weekly meeting and daily review material shortage , coordinate the procurement plan of key materials to ensure timely achievement of material supply and production plan.
• Resource coordination, balance the allocation of manpower, equipment, materials, and time to maximize resource utilization.
• Progress management: Real time tracking of production progress, identification of bottlenecks, and timely adjustment of production plan.
• Inventory management: Optimize work in progress, manage finished product inventory in P5851, and improve inventory turnover.
• Departmental cooperation: Work with MC, logistics, DP/CSR, Quality, import and export departments and closely together to ensure timely delivery.
• Data analysis: Utilize ERP/SAP and other tools to timely collect, statistically analyze production status, and take corresponding improvement measures.
• Work order management: Timely adjust the work order plan, improve the on-time production rate of work orders, and meet customer needs.
• Order management: Timely handle urgent customer orders, coordinate solutions, and provide timely feedback to customers and improve OTD.
• Others: Other assignment by manager and supervisor

• Bachelor Degree
• SAP, Excel skill, PQ/PBI/Macro is better
• English is good at both oral and writing
