Product Quality Engineer
What you'll do:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team in the consumer product sector. This role is critical in driving process excellence across mass production ramp-up, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in consumer product manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing production systems to deliver high-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively.
"1. Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance yield and efficiency
2. Apply statistical tools (DOE, SPC, Six Sigma) to analyze process capability and drive yield improvement

3. Create and maintain process documentation such as SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
5. Monitor process parameters and quality metrics, conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations
6. Support data-driven decision-making through process monitoring and dashboard development
7. Support productivity improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and waste reduction"
Qualifications:
National University Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Above 5 years of experience in process engineering
Skills:
"1.Strong knowledge of problem solving, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis tools
2. Excellent problem-solving, communication with RD, QC, MFG"
"1. Computer work(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
2. Problem solving skills and the ability to identify the root cause.
3. The ability to have cross-function communicate in a friendly demeanor."
