What you'll do:

The Product Manager is responsible for setting the product (solution) vision and strategy. Their job is to clearly articulate the business value to the "New Product Development" (NPD) team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release. The Product Manager owns the strategy (the "why") behind the product and its roadmap and must work with the various stakeholders to build what matters.

The MV Power Distribution Division (MVPD) is responsible for IEC systems. The Product Management department reports to the Product Line & Strategic Business Development leader.

As a Product Manager You will define the features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete product to market. The product manager is responsible for articulating the "what" and working with NPD program management to determine the "when".

As a product manager, you are the CEO of the product (family). For the product manager, this means responsibility for making product decisions (portfolio: additions or rationalization) and often is the lead resource for the rest of the organization when deeper product expertise is required. This includes supporting the organizations that work directly with customers-namely sales and business support. The product manager is also profit and loss responsible and sets the pricing targets.

For this customised Busway application, it is expected that the responsible product manager will take the leading role in understanding the complete end-to-end business capabilities and working closely with all functions to ensure that we have the necessary personnel, competance, manufacturing (localisation), service and processes in place to effectively and efficiently deliver on the complete pre and post order expectations.

The product manager works closely together with the MVPD Marketing team to align the product portfolio to the needs of the target segments and channel strategies (route to market). The product manager also facilitates Marketing in creating the desired market communication.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or engineering
• 1-3 years' experience in a B2B environment. Minimum 5 years total working experience

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Leadership skills with ability to build collaborative relationships with customers, colleagues, and other company personnel.
• Understands and practices the need for effective communications inside and outside the company (Strategic know-how).
• Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Writing clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation.
• Strong capability to implement strategy and drive growth.
• Detailed knowledge of Busway applications in MV/LV distribution networks.
• Data Center and Industrial market knowledge and experience.
