Process Supervisor

What you'll do:

Promote the introduction and industrialization of new products; Coordinate global and company ECN to complete quickly and efficiently, accurately maintain SAP material master data, BOM, Routing and other data, coordinate all projects related to SAP. Lead the team to complete the product process design and continuous improvement; Complete the design and optimization of production line to ensure high efficiency and high quality output.

• Promote the introduction and industrialization of new products;
• Lead the team to quickly and effectively complete the global and the company's ECN;
• Lead the team to accurately and quickly establish material master data, BOM and Routing in SAP;
• Manage the control of the company's process technology and equipment third-order documents;
• Responsible for the design, layout and optimization of production lines;
• Responsible for material flow improvement of production line;
• Responsible for abnormal hour analysis of production line;
• Standard operating time design and update;
• Responsible for production line manpower demand planning and analysis;
• Responsible for production equipment, tooling and mold demand planning and analysis;
• Timely evaluate production line capacity and make adjustment and supplement;
• Continuously optimize the balance of production lines and improve efficiency;
• Lead and guide PE team to prepare JSA, PFMEA,WI and other process documents to ensure their correctness;
• Research on new fuse process and continuous improvement of production process;
• Cause analysis and reduction of defective products to improve the qualified rate of quality;
• Product trial production tracking and program planning and summary;
• Introduction and validation of new equipment;
• Tooling design and validation;
• Coach team members to improve business ability and execution;

• University degree or equivalent, with a background of technique
• 5+ product design or process design experience, 2+ team management skill
• 6 Sigma certificate or Lean experince is preferred
• SAP, Auto CAD, Solidworks application skill
• Good command of English and office software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
