Process Excellence Manager
Our SCM Center of Excellence in Santo Domingo is currently seeking a Process Excellence Manager. We're looking for talented professionals who are passionate about supply chain, innovation, and operational excellence to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
The Process Excellence Manager will be a strategic role, driving operational excellence, Eaton Business System (EBS) Strategy, performance management and end to end process optimization across COE'S and supply chain processes. This role will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance supplier performance, while ensuring global alignment and standardization across regions and business units.
This role will collaborate across functions to identify process bottlenecks, implement scalable solutions, and elevate performance within supply chain procurement, order fulfillment and inventory management. Will work directly to enhance COEs processes, drive effectiveness and support the transition to a high performing organization.
In addition, this role will serve as a key connector between our three global SCM Centers of Excellence (COEs), ensuring alignment of best practices, harmonization of standards, and seamless knowledge sharing across regions to support our growth and operational excellence goals.

1. Lead the deployment of EBS tools, systems, and culture across the supply chain, aligning process excellence initiatives with EBS principles (e.g., Continuous Improvement Framework, PROLaunch, ELSS), ensuring EBS maturity assessments and action plans are embedded in operational routines. Lead and/or facilitate Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) projects, Eaton Business System (EBS) strategy deployment, Operations Assessment (OpA) and deploy ELSS through tactical activities.

2. Analyze and improve End-to-End Supply Chain Processes for visibility and responsiveness to customer demand (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return) using EBS methodologies. Identify and eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve flow across the value stream. Partner with functional leaders to identify performance gaps and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, including driving improvements at trouble or focus sites and ensure improvements are sustainable.
3. Operational Excellence Strategy & Execution, developing and executing the OPEX roadmap in alignment with EBS and global supply chain strategy. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events to engage teams in structured problem-solving, driving measurable improvements, promoting a culture of operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and deploy a robust process excellence framework, including governance, metrics, and reporting tools. Lead and facilitate Needle Mover projects events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIE), Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects,
including non-Cost-out CI projects and special or turn-around CI projects. Initiate operating principles that focus on process standardization, visual factory, flow focus, Daily Accountability and Tier meetings, etc. -Lead or support strategic initiatives such as digital procurement rollouts, supplier integration, and automation projects.
4. Define and monitor key performance indicator (KPIs) to assess the impact of improvement initiatives, using tools and analytics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Build and update performance dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
5. Drive digital transformation & innovation that support EBS deployment and operational excellence, evaluating and pilotting emerging technologies to enhance supply chain agility and resilience. Support digital transformation (Kinaxis deployment, development and training) by aligning process improvements with automation and system enhancements. Support DR COE in the development and deployment of their Industry 4.0 strategy
6. Drive change management strategy to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes and tools. Manage change initiatives tied to process redesign, system upgrades, or organizational shifts.
7. Lead strategic projects, supporting initiatives, provide process and analytical expertise to cross-functional transformation teams, acting as trusted advisor to senior leadership on EBS deployment, operational excellence, and supply chain strategy.
8. Foster global alignment & collaboration across three global Centers of Excellence to ensure harmonized process standardization and shared best practices, facilitating knowledge exchange and benchmarking across COEs to accelerate innovation and performance. Ensure to align regional initiatives with global strategy to drive consistency and scalability.
Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor's Degree: in Engineering fields, International Business, Business Adm. or related areas
Years and area of experience required
- 7+ years of experience in similar roles (prefer: Opex / Engineering / Projects / ELSS / CI)
Technical knowledge
- Languages: Spanish and English communication proficiency
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Minitab, Power Bi.
- Operational process knowledge: CI tools, Data Analytics, process mapping, Project Management. Demonstrated experience using problem solving & Six Sigma statistical tools. Demonstrated experience with Eaton Business System Elements (EQS, PROLaunch, or market equivalent preferred)
