Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas is seeking a Process Control and Test Engineer to join the team. This role may be based in one of the following locations: Asheville, NC; Charlotte, NC; El Paso, TX; Fayetteville, NC; Greenwood, SC; Milwaukee, WI; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; Richmond, VA; Sumter, SC. This is a remote role with approximately 50% travel.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.

What you'll do:
The Process Control and Test Engineer will be responsible for assisting plant manufacturing and engineering teams in the development, deployment and validation of test and process control systems using PCaT, or other tools, to ensure defect free products. You will engage with engineering teams for new product launches as well as process improvements and equipment enhancements in existing production lines.
Essential Functions Include:
- Process Control and Enhancement - Evaluate priority plants and product lines and assist with the development of enhanced process control plans. Work with design teams for robust process controls at production launch.
- Deployment and Validation of Equipment - Assist plants with the development and deployment of new stations required for MES Lite Launch. Assist plants with the development, deployment, and validation of new Test and Process Control Equipment to increase capacity and reduce CONC.
- Training and Capability Building - Build organizational capability by providing PCaT training to plant teams.
- Deployment and Enhancement - Work with local plant teams on the deployment of new PCaT locations and enhancement of existing PCaT site deployments.

The ideal candidate brings experience with test, process control, and inspection systems, as well as product design and manufacturing process development. A strong acumen in EQMS and problem-solving tools is a plus. You are highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to interact effectively with various functions within the organization. Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, test, or design

Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the one of the following locations: Asheville, NC; Charlotte, NC; El Paso, TX; Fayetteville, NC; Greenwood, SC; Milwaukee, WI; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; Richmond, VA; Sumter, SC will be considered. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical preferred
- CI experience (including LSS certification, CI bootcamp, RIE, etc.)
- ETO (Engineered to Order) or OEM / mid to high complexity volume manufacturing experience
