Post Order Engineer -

Eaton is lookig for a post order engineer.
Locatiom: Schrems, Austria
Job responsibilities:
- Comprehensive technical customer support after receipt of the order and cooperation with various stakeholders to solve technical problems
- Processing customer enquiries and problems after the order placementLiaising with sales, planning and engineering to understand and implement customer requirements
- Customer support for switchgear and switching devices
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and manuals
- Support and development of customer-specific requirements
- CI from all the mentioned topics
We would like you to bring:
- Technical education (Apprenticeship, secondary technical school with focus on electrical or mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years experience in relevant position
- Knowledge of switch cabinet construction and electrical installation
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Strong problem solving skills and technical affinity
- Familiarity with various standards especially DIN 61439
- Ability to read and understand control cabinet plans
- Experience in the planning and implementation of switchgear"
- Strong project oriented teamwork
- Simply explain complex, technical things
