What you'll do:

1、负责产品线的生产计划和物料计划 2、负责产线的物料分析, 设定系统中的物料参数

"1. 熟悉图纸、了解产品的结构, 为计划的编制做好准备, 正确、快速地编制计划。
2. 每周根据销售任务单和总体计划及时编制生产计划。
3. 根据MPS及工程料单及时编制物料计划, 与采购协调, 确保物料按计划到货。
4. 负责将各车间在计划实施过程中存在的问题及时反馈、及时解决。
5. 及时了解各合同号的生产进度, 及时向上级反映。
6. 生产进度的控制, 协调各部门的工作进度和衔接, 对生产进度提出调整。
7. 统计每天的各项KPI指数并分析, 采取纠正行动
8. 每月根据滚动预测, 分析汇总各产线未来三个月的Supply Report。
9. 精通SAP系统。
10. 完成领导临时交付的工作。

Qualifications:

大专及以上
3年

Skills:

熟悉日常生产/物料计划编制、产能规划、库存管理、 过程控制与持续改善
Office应用熟练, 熟悉SAP系统尤佳
