Planner is a coordinator within the plant, responsible for aligning a manufacturing plant's production activities with market demand, operational capacity, and inventory efficiency. This role serves as a bridge between cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, production, quality, etc.), ensuring seamless information flow and collaborative problem-solving to keep production on track, materials available, and orders delivered on time. It combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on coordination to optimize production processes, minimize waste (e.g., excess inventory, production delays), and support the plant's overall operational goals.
Production Plan Formulation and Execution
- Formulate scientific monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on sales orders, market demand forecasts, and factory capacity.

Compare the differences between actual production and planned production, and promptly identify problems in the production process, such as material shortages, equipment failures, and insufficient personnel. Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Purchasing Department,

- Communicate with the buyers regularly regarding the progress of material procurement, track the arrival of materials, analyze the reasons for delayed material arrival, follow up on the issue, and urge suppliers to deliver goods as soon as possible. Meanwhile, coordinate the inspection and warehousing of received materials to ensure that the materials meet the production quality requirements.
