What you'll do:

  • Manage a profitable business for Eaton's PDA products and systems in the Korea market through the use of effective sales processes, marketing strategy, and development of direct reports.
  • The sales manager's primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships, key job negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, the sales team leader provides support into all key marketing tasks surrounding the marketing and business planning functions including strategic planning, profit planning and business development.
  • Develop, own and execute a country sales strategy for PDA product series targeting key customer categories to achieve growth objectives.
  • Own the strategic planning and profit plan process for PDA business in Korea and be responsible for developing the Strategic Plan on an annual basis.
  • Responsible for key customer relationships, key job negotiations, and commercial issues to maximize customer affinity and effectiveness of the business.
  • Responsible for promotions, channel programs, association networking and lead process to maximize the pipeline for growth and return on sales. Coordinate Eaton's response to commercial issues and lead activities to ensure prompt response.
  • Support the development of a locally relevant pricing/positioning strategy to maximize price realization and provide input to centralized price team to improve opportunity hit rate.
  • Drive local coordination of the tendering process, leveraging the centralized bidding team to meet local customer expectations.
  • Support/Assist in the development of localized sales tools and marketing material for the PH market.
  • Master PDA product offering and build expertise in the power distribution business unit to support local customer requirements, leveraging the regional support structure.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  1. Preparing and presenting professional proposals to customer
  2. Formulating winning strategies technically by coordinating with Sales
  3. Present technical solution that best meets the needs of the customer during project bidding stage
  4. Collaborating with project managers to realize the successful execution of Switchgear solution (PDSS).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred or related
    Minimum of 15 years Sales engineer experience
  • 15+ years related experiences in sales or related role within the industry (electrical equipments)
  • Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative.
