What you'll do:
• Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.

• Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential customer organisations.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within identified segment or territory.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers.
• Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product management, project managment and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout dealings with you as the Eaton representative.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline management using SalesForce.
• Achieve annual orders target
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and analytics
• Develop and implement competitive service sales pricing model
• Direct quoting to end users and partners, quote management
• Analyze and provide advice for customers' existing equipment status and recommended replacement schedules
• Directly manage Strategic accounts
• Work with PMO team and support in driving variations, modernization and upgrade revenue during project execution cycle
• Work with Bid team, Sales team and Engineering team, and review project proposals or plan to maximise service sales offers and execution, determine timeframe, funding, scope, and resources requirements
• Develop, build and manage network of external partners and contractors
• Participate in and actively promote Eaton offer in industry events
• Act as Eaton segment leader for company strategic segments
• Deliver high customer satisfaction through all stages of execution

Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years sales experience
Skills:
• Electrical Engineering background, sound knowledge and understanding of ANZ electrical standards
• Demonstrated ability and strong track record working with consultants and integrators
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills
• Strong business and commercial acumen, ability to build detailed cost sheets
• Strong communication, (written and verbal), strong negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional team members and vendors/subcontractors to meet deadlines, be proficient in time management and the ability to prioritize work load.
• Enjoy working in high impact environment and have can-do attitude
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and understand the process and dynamics required for to hold the team together in common purpose toward the right objective for successful delivery
• Customer centric attitude, ability to work with people positioned on different levels
• Relationship Management of partners and contractors
• Good understanding of Power Distribution and electrical systems and experience in testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing of switchgear systems is highly desirable
• Computer Literacy - MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, SAP
• Must be a Hunter. This position is not account managing existing customers - focus is on gaining new business
