CO Salary Range: USD 123,750.00 - 181,500.00 per year
Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Partner Development Manager. This is a hybrid role located in Salt Lake City, UT, Littleton (Denver), CO, Tukwila (Seattle), WA, or Wilsonville (Portland), OR.
What you'll do:
This position will be responsible for achieving sales quota or market development quota consistent with the expectations of a seasoned sales professional. The primary focus will be selling and supporting key accounts or channel partners in the region such as - Regional VAR's (IT Channel Partners), National VAR's, Systems Integrators, and end user accounts in the assigned region.
In this role you will:
- Facilitate/Grow partner enablement, new partner recruitment, partner certifications etc.
- Ownership of management and execution of channel marketing programs
- Develop and foster relationships across all areas of the customer organization (Sales, Marketing, purchasing etc) at all levels (individual contributor up to the VP/C-level
- Implement strategic sales plans to maximize sales growth across Eaton's full product portfolio in their focus accounts
- Responsible for the Regional Field team collaboration and strategy (Lead Monthly pipeline calls, report on Partner performance, Business plan development for Top Partners/Underperforming Partners/ Partner recruitment etc)
- Monitor key market trends, competitor initiatives etc that could impact sales and Eaton positioning in the marketplace
- Leverage digital tools (CRM) to capture relevant commercial information and make informed business decisions

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five (5) years of channel sales experience
- Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Relocation is not available. All candidates must currently reside with a 50 mile radius of Salt Lake City, UT, Tukwila, WA, Wilsonville, OR, or Littleton, CO.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Solution and consultative selling experience
- An understanding of market dynamics
- Experience building and managing your CRM / Pipeline
- Critical Power, IT channel, and/or Datacenter Industries experience
- Partner management experience

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $123,750-181,500.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
