Partner Development Manager
Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Partner Development Manager. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work arrangement based in Deerfield Beach, Orlando, Tampa, or Jacksonville, FL, and entails travel requirements of up to 50%.
What you'll do:
This position will be responsible for achieving sales quota or market development quota consistent with the expectations of a seasoned sales professional. The primary focus will be selling and supporting key accounts or channel partners in the region such as - Regional VAR's (IT Channel Partners), National VAR's, Systems Integrators, and end user accounts in the assigned region.

In this role you will:
- Facilitate/Grow partner enablement, new partner recruitment, partner certifications etc.
- Ownership of management and execution of channel marketing programs
- Develop and foster relationships across all areas of the customer organization (Sales, Marketing, purchasing etc) at all levels (individual contributor up to the VP/C-level
- Implement strategic sales plans to maximize sales growth across Eaton's full product portfolio in their focus accounts
- Responsible for the Regional Field team collaboration and strategy (Lead Monthly pipeline calls, report on Partner performance, Business plan development for Top Partners/Underperforming Partners/ Partner recruitment etc)
- Monitor key market trends, competitor initiatives etc that could impact sales and Eaton positioning in the marketplace
- Leverage digital tools (CRM) to capture relevant commercial information and make informed business decisions
- Facilitate technical and solution-based product training
- May serve as a mentor to the PDS in this territory.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five (5) years of channel sales experience in Critical Power, IT, and/or Datacenter Industries
- Possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Deerfield Beach, FL, Orlando, FL, Tampa, FL, or Jacksonville, FL to be considered.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay, sales incentive and a company car. This position has a total compensation range of $120,000-$176,000.
