Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Packer - 1st Shift. The core hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The hourly rate for this position is $16.33 per hour.

The Packer is responsible for end-of-line inspecting and packaging of commercial electrical products.

In this function you will:
• Build cartons.
• Label cartons with attention to detail regarding product type and quantity.
• Inspect finished product for quality per standard work instructions.
• Put electrical products in appropriate cartons for shipment.
• Palletize cartons per standard work instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping in work area.
• Perform above work on one or more lines.

Qualifications:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Washington, PA facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Position Success Criteria:
• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Required to lift up to 50 lbs
