What you'll do:

负责公司奥兰德品牌产品在指定区域的销售工作, 致力于拓展销售渠道, 建立并维护客户关系, 实现销售目标, 提升奥兰德品牌在当地的占有率及目标市场份额。

"1. 收集并分析市场信息, 了解竞争对手和客户需求, 制定销售策略。
2. 负责区域奥兰德产品的销售, 完成所辖区域的产品销售任务。
3. 协助区域经理完成区域销售任务。
4. 开发当地二级渠道, 引导和协助省代建立渠道网络体系, 扩大产品覆盖。
5. 负责所辖区域内市场的开拓, 提升品牌知名度。
6. 所辖区域山特品牌的宣传和推广以及相应市场活动 开展和落实。
7. 在区域内开发重点行业, 维护重点客户, 为渠道形成示范效应, 以推进销售目标的达成。
8. 定期编制销售报告, 分析销售数据, 以此支持销售日常管理工作。

Qualifications:
大学本科以上, 专业不限
5年以上相关工作经验, 有UPS或者IT行业工作经验佳;
Skills:
"
有渠道销售特别是新品牌新渠道建设经验者优先;"
熟悉机房、数据中心、弱电行业者佳;
"快速学习能力、沟通谈判能力, 善于交际
有良好的团队合作意识和承压能力
有较强的工作责任心, 能吃苦耐劳, 保持良好的工作积极性
具备较强的市场分析和一定的数据处理能力、能使用CRM软件管理销售数据
