Order Entry Specialist EESS
Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Order Entry Specialist EESS
What you'll do:
Job Summary
Analyze and coordinate priorities of sales orders and keep track of performance to insure 100% on - time delivery of product to the customer. Maintain an effective communication system with customers for the solution of problems and claims.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and assess orders for clean-up and creation in VISTA, as applicable.
- Assure proper order entry and send orders' acknowledgment to Clients.
- Daily keep track of order performance, indicating shipping detractors and updates clients as needed.
- Maintain customer service performance measurement (on time delivery / forecast performance, claims, invoicing, etc.).
- Receive sales representative service calls and/or emails to align priorities and to provide status.
- Manages and solves client claims.
- Resolve with accounting shipments discrepancies and credit customer, as applicable.
- Interface with district operating centers, materials planning, sales representatives, order center, material sending sites, and credit representatives.
- Be proactive in identifying customer requirement problems.
- Maintain professional, effective communication channels with internal/external customers (electronically, memo, verbal).
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor degree from an accredited institution is necessary.

- Minimum 1 year customer interaction/support experience
Skills:
Technical knowledge
- Experience with SAP and/or Vista
- Excellent understood and manage of computer packages, web pages and emails
- Ability to read, listen and write in English (Intermediate proficiency)
