"1. Design and execute manufacturing engineering strategies for both Dongguan (DG) and Philippine plants.
2. Deploy continuous improvement culture and tools at DG site.
3. Set up functional KPI goals, develop related roadmaps, and action plans to support plant strategic goals.
4. Annual engineering and CI-related projects (e.g., automation, machine refit) and budget planning, implementation, and regular progress reviews.
5. Develop and deploy manufacturing procedures, process design, quality control and improvement to support dynamic business needs..
6. Ensure Plant NPI/STP/VAVE/cost-out/automation projects are launched on time.
7. Plant capacity planning and layout optimization.
8. Lead the team to analyze PFMEA of products, design error-proofing methods, improve manufacturing capability, enhance DFM, optimize SOP, and improve fixture design.
9. Cultivate operations culture (safety, quality, continuous improvement) by leading the team to engage in CI activities for productivity, scrap improvement, cost reduction, 5S+, quality enhancement, etc.
10. Support quality systems, OPA, EBS, MESH, BIQS, etc. Eaton system work.
11. Continuously improve functional competency to build a solid succession pipeline through coaching, effective feedback, career development plans, etc.
12.Ad hoc jobs assigned by superior."

Qualifications:

College/University - Ideally electronics, mechanical design, computer
Minimum 5 years of engineering manager experience in electronics industries, especially for electronics components or EMS industry, both for equipment and process management.

Skills:

"1. Knowledge of electronics components, especially passive components, equipment knowledge, Industry 4.0/automation knowledge, lean knowledge, safety knowledge.
2. Strong problem analysis and process control ability
3. Familiar with manufacturing process
3. Familiar with PFMEA/DFM standards or methods
4. Familiar with MES / ECN control process
5. Familiar with NPI/STP/VAVE project management
6. Familiar with TPM/Lean/Six Sigma tools
