The OLDP Program aims to cultivate future operation leaders for plants by developing and preparing participants through working in a variety of operational assignments and developing both leadership and functional competencies.

What you'll do:

Eaton's Operation Leadership Development Program (OLDP) aims to cultivate future operation leaders for plants by developing participants through working in a variety of operational assignments and developing both leadership and functional competencies.

This Operation Leadership Development Program is a two-year program that involves three unique, 18-month assignments in different function in GEIS Changzhou plant. The functions of the positions will be arranged considering the interests of Development Participators and the business needs.

Potential Assignment Functions Include but are not limited:

  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Quality
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Production Management (TBD)
  • Supply Chain (TBD)
  • Program Management (TBD)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, electrical.
  • Fresh graduates or less than 3 years of manufacturing work experience.
  • Desire to engage in manufacturing and interest in pursuing a career as a leader of people in operations.
  • Be passionate and willing to take challenges.
  • Possess good learning agility.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Be fluent in both written and oral English.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Digital Mindset.
