Job Summary
This position is responsible for driving the success of the Eaton Truck and Bus business, as well as contract manufacturing in strategic customers with an outstanding position in the market.Responsible for managing the business between Eaton and customer leveraging new business and ensuring the sustainable maintenance of current businesses being consistent with the plans, strategic objectives and growth of the region. Also responsible for supporting and participating in the Strategic Management of Customers on a local basis. Leads the organization's internal demands and resources in order to ensure accurate and timely information so that, plans, objectives and strategic decisions are taken by senior leadership with confidence and a high degree of success.

Job Responsibilities
1) Promotes Eaton solutions in an appropriate manner meeting customer needs by positioning Eaton as a preferred and valued supplier to each of our customers;
2) Developes relationship at all internal levels of the organization, including engineering, manufacturing, finance and local leadership.
3) Acts as a leader to gather and analyze information to develop appropriate strategies, share and approve such strategies with all areas involved in Eaton and with senior management.
4) Pursues opportunities in OEM customers through strong presence and relationship with influencers and decision makers in key areas, anticipating key strategic points to win and sustain profitable business.
5) Supports and participates in the definition of local opportunities, being part of the Growth Strategy, sharing local information.
6) Manages the C360 with all growth opportunities in a systematic and rigorous manner
7) Leads and monitors the quotation process through team coordination, meetings leadership, critical analysis, alignment of expected results, timing, visibility and consequently reliable, accurate and strategic information for submission for approval by the leadership.
8) Ensures that businesses meet Eaton's expectations in terms of results by negotiating sales conditions (price, productivity, payment terms, packaging and investments); Price Recovery Adjustment; LTA development and management; DSO Management.
9) Account Manager is the main communication channel between Eaton and the customer, facilitating negotiations between customer areas and Eaton ones, eg logistics, quality, engineering, SCM, program management, product strategy.
10) Critically analyzes contracts, purchase orders, general terms and conditions and/or any other document in order to ensure the best conditions for the business, mitiganting contractual risks for Eaton.
11) Negotiates discontinuity and/or replacement of products to improve the level of market technologies launching products that add more value to the customer, enabling the maintenance of the competitiveness of customers and Eaton
12) Deeply cares about profitability, managining and leading actions to assure that all internal areas work in the same goal.
13) Ensures that Eaton's Code of Ethics applies to all customers.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Engineering background is preferred)
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Solid track record in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating strategic agreements with major OEM clients.
- Good knowledge in Marketing, Finance and Powertrain engineering.
