We are looking for a MOEM Segment Sales Leader Italia based in our Italian Headquarter in Segrate (Milan) who responsible for working with the sales organization, Channel Sales teams and MKTG team to build the strategy and drive profitable growth through integrated business development and sales activities targeting customers and partners in MOEM industry in the country. The MOEM Segment Sales Leader is expected to develop existing relationships, and generate new business with Machinery OEMs, electrical distributors and Panel Builders and implement the agreed strategies, actions and sales activities.

The role requires also direct responsibilities of Teams in specific geographical areas.

What you'll do:

  • Guarantee a profitable business growth by achieving the set sales target and the set margin level, planning territory and strategic actions in line with company and segment specific agreed objectives.
  • Attend periodic sales reviews with the direct reporting team in order to monitor progress, agree actions and define specific objectives and attend also periodic sales reviews with Business units and Divisions in order to define needs, report customer's requirements for building the best go to market strategies
  • Build a synergic approach with the other sales channels in order to maximize the cross selling of all the Eaton product and solution portfolio
  • Understand products and their competitive position and communicate the customer's satisfaction and/or needs by understanding Company Strategies, Policies, Program and CRM
  • Build and consolidate strategic actions with the Solution Team for deploying active demand generation and solution approach
  • Visit customers and key decision makers in line with the current sales strategy of the company, developing relationships with all key stakeholders within the Eaton organization and outside the company for maximizing performances
  • Ensuring proper implementation, adoption and use of tools, methodologies, processes defined by the Company for fostering and enhancing business activities and KPI analysis for better decisions
  • Leading a team Sales Representatives and Agencies within the country "

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree; electrical or mechanical engineering preferred; MBA preferred.
  • More than 5 years' experience in similar position, demonstrated experience in developing sales growth plans, new customer accounts and budgeting.
  • Fluency in Italian and English - German is a plus
  • Availability to travel in the Area up to 50% of the time
