"A. Support suppervisor in team management to achieve the inventory and delivery performance
B. Analysize the plan for every parts to optimize the materials requisition plan, purchase plan and delivery plan

C. Control inventory at appropriate level, preventing shortage and managing slow moving materials
D. Shortage review and pull in to support production balance and minimize the line down lost time.
E. Improve and optimize material management process."

"A. Place appropriate purchasing orders as per SAP requisition plan, and release to vendors after verification by related authority.
B. Confirm purchasing orders timely and manage overdue orders.
C. Periodically review o/s orders with suppliers, and re-confirm the delivery schedule with vendors in accordance with pull in/push out/cancel information in MRP.
D. Opportunely provide W/O material shortage report and sales order material status report everyday
E. Confirm the accuracy of materials parameters with sourcing/manufacturer and update the correct information periodically.
F. Handle materials delivery issue, quality issue etc. in time to ensure the material delivery schedule can fulfill production request.
G. Review suppliers' payment statements and collect all AP from vendors monthly
H. Keep good and close communication with vendors, and participate in the vendor performance evaluation.
I. Control inventory at appropriate level to achieve inventory and DOH goal.
J. Analyze and reduce E&O stock and overdue PO
K. Handling EOL materials.

Qualifications:

College education or above
Three years purchasing /material management experience

Skills:

ERP system, PBI or Excel Macro
"Can achieve outstanding performance under work pressure
& Good communications skills and negotiation tactics"
