Job Summary
The primary responsibilities will be Strategically plans, manages and monitors production capacity and materials to ensure Service level, past due reduction, achieve sales and absortion goals, escalating and making sinergie with the multidisciplionary team, having a leadership active role within the team.
Job Responsibilities
1.Leads the entire production planning team to provide a good & professional service to internal & external customers and achieve customer delivery expectation, OTD and LT;

2.Reviews and monitors the process of production planning, DOH controlling and order fulfillment, and the Master Production Schedule to ensure sales order anticipated and long term materials planning;
3.Controls and closely monitors production planning of each product family to ensure the best utilization of the machinery / tooling and work order closed on time;
4.Reviews and ensures SAP parameter (Lot size; production L/T; planner code...etc) maintained correctly and data health checked regularly ;
5.Execute and contribute SIOP, including delivery performance management, supply risk analysis & mitigation plan;
6.Creates and retains a challenging, rewarding and learning work environment, as well as to attract, retain, and develop the employees;

Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or equivalent.
Years and area of experience required
- 5-8 years experience in a similar role and industry in supply chain function.
Technical knowledge
- Knowledge of repetitive and discrete production, APICS certification is a plus, SAP experience, MS Office
