We are looking for an experienced Master Data Analyst to manage and maintain high quality material master data with SAP for the ANZ Supply Chain function. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness while analysing data to support the sales, product managers, project, and finance stakeholders.

Key Duties

  • Execute material processes for data maintenance in SAP including end to end data management (Collect, validate, create, maintain, and analyse.
  • Interact with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Product, Sales, Project and Finance to perform material master related tasks ranging from item creation to price updating.
  • Lead the monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure data integrity.
  • Oversee and ensure high-quality master data in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage and resolve master data related issues.
  • Execute the end-to-end material and BOM creation process.
  • Support master data related tasks including vendor creation, process automation, and system bulk updating.
  • Support and maintain the supply chain quality, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in material master data analysis preferably using SAP.
  • Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI and SAP skills. Experience in Python coding is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, OR FMCG would be ideal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree such as Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.
