Currently we are seeking Marketing Communications Leader. The succesful candidate can be located in one of the EMEA countries such as England, Hungary, Poland,Norway,France Spain, or Saudi Arabia.

What you'll do:

The Marketing Communications Lead is a key member of the regional commercial leadership team, responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive marketing communications strategy that drives brand positioning, demand generation, digital transformation, all to drive commercial success and business growth. Ensures effective cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and consistent value creation across all communication touchpoints.

This position will enhance our ability in acquiring, developing, and retaining customers:

  • Define and execute marketing communications strategy aligned with GEIS business priorities and global brand direction.
  • Act as a strategic partner to product line, sales and regional leaders, contributing to business planning and growth initiatives.
  • Tailor marketing communication to diverse customer types and applications, including end-users, channel partners, and integrators.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support customer acquisition and business growth.
  • Oversee content development and localization that aligns with customer needs, product focus, and business priorities.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring high-impact marketing communication.
  • Lead digital marketing activities including SEO, website managament & performance and social media to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Own and manage the lead generation and lead handover process from marketing to sales.
  • Oversee marketing operations including budget control, asset management and process compliance.
  • Continuously analyze and improve marketing performance through data, insights and process optimization.
  • Lead, develop and enable a highly-performing marcom team, fostering ownership, empowerment, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Set clear goals and build capabilities across the team, including direct reports and extended global support functions.
  • Safeguard and strengthen brand reputation through consistent messaging, media engagement and proactive PR strategies.
  • Secure, negotiate and defend marcom budgets by positioning the value of Marcom to business growth, advocating for investment and linking outcomes to commercial impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, Salesforce, Eloqua, web managament tools
  • Customer centric
  • Able to adapt quickly to change, reprioritize effectively, and lead with clarity through complexity and ambiguity
  • Communicates with impact across all levels, translating strategy into clear messages and inspiring alignment.
