What you'll do:

Job Summary
The Demand Generation - Wiring Devices is dedicated to driving demand, awareness, and preference for the Wiring Devices portfolio across Central America and the Caribbean. The role focuses on contractors, distributors, specifiers, and end users, emphasizing product differentiation, availability, and application value in price-sensitive and channel-driven markets.


Job Responsibilities

A. Develop and execute demand-generation strategies specifically for the Wiring Devices market segment, in coordination with the Business Developer Manager
B. Create targeted campaigns for contractors, installers, distributors, and retail channels.
C. Support channel programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives to increase product pull-through.
D. Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging with field realities and customer feedback.
E. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and campaign performance to refine strategies.
F. Partner with application engineering to communicate installation, compliance, and safety benefits.
G. Ensure the proper presence and positioning of the Eaton brand within Distributors and Hardware Stores, supervise proper inventory turnover, guaranteeing compliance with corporate guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

Education Level Required (Fundamental)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
    (completed, in progress, or willingness to pursue it)
    OR
    More than 7 years of professional experience in the marketing area.

    Experience Required (Fundamental)
  • Experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, channel marketing, or business development roles.
  • Familiarity with distributor- and partner-led go-to-market models in emerging markets.
  • Valid B1 driver's license.
  • Valid passport.
  • Valid U.S. visa (required to support Puerto Rico).

Technical Knowledge Required (Fundamental)

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel (basic for data analysis; advanced is a plus)
  • PowerPoint, Power BI (market analysis).
  • Strong Knowledge of Wiring Devices market


  • Desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Intermediate knowledge of English language (lectura de catálogos y correos).
  • Desiderable: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Salesforce.
  • Basic Knowledge of Eaton Product Portfolio.
