Marketing Analyst (Demand Generation - CPDI)

What you'll do:

Job Summary

The Demand Generation - CPDI (Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure) / Tripp Lite focuses on generating demand for power distribution, power quality and connectivity solutions across commercial, industrial, data center, and IT-driven segments. The role supports both project-based and transactional business models, emphasizing solution education and channel enablement in the region.

Job Responsibilities

A. Develop demand generation programs for CPDI (Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure) and Tripp Lite portfolios, aligned with regional vertical markets in coordination with the Business Developer Manager
B. Drive awareness and lead generation through digital campaigns, partner programs, and technical education initiatives.
C. Support channel partners with content, tools, and campaigns that improve solution selling capabilities.
D. Collaborate with sales, application engineering, and product management to articulate system-level value propositions.
E. Track campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement metrics.
F. Monitor market trends in power quality, infrastructure, and IT solutions across the region.
G. Ensure the proper presence and positioning of the Eaton brand within Distributors and Hardware Stores, supervise proper inventory turnover, guaranteeing compliance with corporate guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

Education Level Required (Fundamental)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
    (completed, in progress, or willingness to pursue it)
    OR
    More than 10 years of professional experience in the marketing area.

    Experience Required (Fundamental)
  • Experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, channel marketing, or business development roles.
  • Familiarity with distributor- and partner-led go-to-market models in emerging markets.
  • Valid B1 driver's license.
  • Valid passport.
  • Valid U.S. visa (required to support Puerto Rico).

Technical Knowledge Required (Fundamental)

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel (basic for data analysis; advanced is a plus)
  • PowerPoint, Power BI (market analysis).
  • Strong Knowledge of power quality (UPS's) and connectivity solutions market.

    Desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Intermediate knowledge of English language (reading catalogs and emails).
  • Desiderable: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Salesforce.
  • Basic Knowledge of Eaton Product Portfolio.
