What you'll do:
• Manufacturing Engineering have four sub-functions, include New Process Development team, Sustain Process team, Advance Machine team and Plant maintenance team.
• Manage the Manufacturing Engineering group to provide engineering solutions to manufacture Golf Pride products. Lead the ME team to efficient transition from pilot run qualification to PPAP to SOP within specified time frame and target cost through Pro Launch.
• Establish acceptance criteria at various stages of development and Pilot Run qualification in order to approve acceptance to the PPAP stage. Establish awareness and collaboration with R&D product development, being active in product development reviews, and establish complete readiness to support manufacturing at the PPAP stage.

• Document materials, processes, and tooling required to produce products. Update documentation as required and establish consistent reliable change management procedures to ensure documentation is updated at all times. Ensure engineering processes are highly effective, followed and maintained at the shop floor.
• Support production (VSMs) to conduct continuous improvement, trouble shooting and cost out projects. Join VSMs Tier2 meeting to make sure VSMs have resources to conduct daily operation. Support production (VSMs) to get the good quality of tooling, include maintenance, repair, and withdraw.
• Execute plant capital plan (automation) to improve productivity, scrap, rework, and standard cost. Annual update plant automation strategy to align to expectation from division/plant.
• Collaborate with program team to set up new production line for the plant, include new process development, machine survey & qualification. Handover the process standard to production (VSMs) for daily operation.
• Own plant capital plan, include tooling & machine (existing and new one) and collaborate with division and Thailand engineering team to align the capital strategy and leverage the best practice.
• Execute plant TPM plan for existing machines and facilities and update the plan when some lesson learns from plant and/or external sharing.
• Collaborate to plant EHS team to implement yearly sustainability improvement to meet the corporate/division goals.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or relative engineering.
• 5 years related process experience providing engineering support manufacturing polymeric products.
• 5 years' experience for automation engineering and plant maintenance.
• 5 years management experience.
• Demonstrated English language capability and fluency is required (written and verbal).
• 5 years' Rubber chemistry and processing knowledge and/or experience.
• 5 years' experience working for a multi-national corporation.
• 5 years' experience in a high volume / high SKU production environment.
• International experience in a multi-cultural environment.
