What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A. Identification, pricing and expediting of all replacement part required for maintaining, its accessories and all machines within its confines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Determine proper identification numbers and amounts needed to complete maintenance crib min-max.
B. Choose proper forms for requesting and expediting maintenance spare parts.
C. Coordinate parts expediting with machine availability for installation of parts.
D. Receive, inspect and restock incoming materials for maintenance crib.
E. Track and expedite overdue purchase parts.
F. Record completed work orders to create historical spare parts usage.
G. Maintain work area cleanliness and assist in scheduled department housekeeping.
H. Administrate spare budget for 4M USD annually.
I. Improve maintenance crib operation to reduce cost both in operation and inventory.
E. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.
F. Promotes the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.
G. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
Qualifications:
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE.
A. Engineering / Technician degree or related fields required.
B. 3 years of experience in MRO crib management
C. All machining processes and the flow of material through the plant.
D. Inventory concepts and its implementation.
E. All area of inspection such as techniques, principles, procedures, and know how.
F. Intermediate English
ENGINEERING FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCE.

e) Technical learning. Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars. Deals with concepts and complexity comfortably. Described as intellectually sharp, agile and capable.
