Logistics Clerk
What you'll do:
"This position is main responsible is to assist the company in ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain, making sure that goods and materials are delivered on time and safely, provide shipping invoice and document to Finance Team and organize shipping document activity with tax refund and shipping document record and maintain. This position needs to know Logistic, purchasing and basic Finance to run shipping documents control, issue Non PO and support freight payment well.
Further of this position is to work with whole SCM team to build best logistic format, follow SCM works rotary, participate with Eaton APAC activities and team works. controlled. "
"A. Handle shipping and receiving documents, such as bills of lading and customs forms
B. Receive billing from shipping and forwarder

C. Manage import and export customer declaration, number of invoice, date of invoice, shipping amount,
D. Prepay invoice and packing list for shipping of Thailand and USA order
E. Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse staff
F. Provide invoice and exporting document to Finance Team
G. Operate logistics systems (e.g., ERP) to manage logistics processes
H. Verify transportation costs and prepare billing reports
I. Maintain and record Exporting Document number
J. Support SCM activities.
K. SCM works rotary and employee replacement or substitution due with personal leave or annual leave.
L. Participates with Eaton APAC activities and Eaton EHS. "
Qualifications:
Associate degree or above; logistics or supply chain-related majors preferred
1~3 year experience in Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation
Skills:
Proficient in Excel and logistics management systems
"High energy, results-oriented, self-starter and team work player.
Strong communicative skills...verbal and written, distinctive personal presence"
