Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Logistic & Warehouse Manager.

Primary Function:
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination. This role ensures the efficient, safe, and cost-effective flow of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The manager leads and develops the warehouse team, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates closely with cross-functional departments to support production and on-time delivery performance.

- Oversee logistics activities including inbound/outbound shipments, freight coordination, and carrier performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA).
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, cost reduction, productivity, and customer service.
- Develop and implement warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization, efficiency, and flow of materials. Manage and coordinate the overall control and movement of raw materials and finished goods in and out of company facilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Collaborate with planning, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment and timely material availability.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers for cost-effective and reliable transportation services.
- Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to shipping delays, inventory issues, or logistics disruptions.
- Manage receipt, location and dispatch process of components, raw materials and MRO parts ensuring continuous flow into the pipeline without interruptions to production.
- Adherence to company routing methods and policies to ensure the most efficient and economical movement of the materials and finished goods in and out" of the plant
- Participates in development of plant strategic plans and align departmental goals. Manage Supply Chain projects from conception through implementation, to improve business efficiency and increase cost savings.
- Builds Organizational Capabilities through development plans, mentoring, driving accountability, cross training, and succession planning
- Identifies quality improvement opportunities within areas of responsibility. Supports regulatory compliance activities, including CAPA, internal and external audits and comply with all regulatory requests, including Health, Safety and Environment.
Qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related disciplines.
- MBA preferred.
- EXPERIENCE: 5 years' experience in Materials Management within Manufacturing industry preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
- Negotiation skills
- APIC certification a plus
- Coaching skills
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green belt)
Required Skills:
- Excellent Management Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills- Spanish/ English
- Strong problem solving an analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (AS400)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
