Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Lead Management Specialist.

What you'll do:

Job Summary
The Lead Management Specialist will drive high team engagement and performance by setting and adjusting priorities based on sales potential and ensuring that leads forwarded to the sales organization are followed up on in a timely manner. The Lead Management Specialist will monitor sales status, use influencing skills to encourage sales engagement, and work with sales management to reassign opportunities that become past due. The Lead Management Specialist will be responsible for reporting out on current performance, challenges, and recommendations to improve performance. The Lead Management Specialist will identify and implement best practices to improve the financial return from campaigns

Job Responsibilities
• Initiate contact with the lead determining best next steps
• Answer calls from customers.
• Ensuring that leads forwarded to the sales organization are followed up on in a timely manner
• Follow up on leads to know status
• Reporting out on team performance, challenges, and opportunities
• Implementing tele-marketing email qualificaton best practices
• Research about the company for better routing
• Promoting Eaton brand to create product understanding and awareness throughout outbound calls to prospective customers
• Document additional information on the lead and company within CRM
• Building rapport with prospects and accurately assess lead opportunity
• Identifying sales leads vs technical request and route contacts to the most appropriate resource
• Prioritizing initiatives and assigning leads based on sales potential
• Ensuring that leads forwarded to the sales organization are followed up on in a timely manner
• Monitoring sales status and working with sales management to reassign opportunities as needed
• Distributing marketing material to prospects and customers as required

Qualifications:

Education level required

  • Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or similar

Years and area of experience required

  • Minimum 3 years prior technical marketing or sales experience preferred
  • Minimium 3 years of experience on customer prospecting, leads generation and qualification
  • Experience on the electrical industry preferred
  • Experience on technical sales preferred

Hard Skills:

  • Advanced english proficiency
  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or Oracle eloqua preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet)
  • Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills
