What you'll do:
- Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the DevOps team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the DevOps team and across the organization.
- Infrastructure Management:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to support the company's services and applications.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure visibility into the CI/CD pipeline and application performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with proven experience in a leadership capacity.
Skills:
